Admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2001, Peter M. Anderson is among the top Denver trial lawyers licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court of the District of Colorado and in the 10th Circuit of the U.S. Supreme Court. He received a Certificate of Good Standing from the clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado.
Peter is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He is an author and presenter for Trial Guides, as well as a popular lecturer across the state at respective bar associations.
Peter is a trial lawyer through and through. He has earned the “Advocate Diploma” with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and is one of the few Colorado lawyers to graduate from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). Peter is a 2011 graduate of William “Bill” Barton’s Litigation Boot Camp and has completed many Trial Lawyers College “TLC” courses. He continues to be actively involved in NITA, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Guides, Bill Barton’s Bootcamp and American Association of Justice.
Throughout his career, Peter has dedicated his practice to personal injury cases, focusing solely on on-road crashes – trucks, cars, motorcycles, bicyclists and pedestrians. He has won more than $100 million in cases during his career, notwithstanding awards/settlements of his experienced team.

Carlo F. Bonavita has more than fifteen years of experience handling complex litigation. Carlo recently served on a regional counsel team for trucking liability actions for a major interstate motor carrier. At the Law Offices of Peter M.
